OFFICIAL RULES
THE FOLLOWING SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR ENTRY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES UNLESS YOU ARE AGE 18 OR OLDER AND ARE LOCATED IN THE 50 UNITED STATES OR D.C. AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.
WHEN TO ENTER: The 2024 FCA US LLC Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time
(CT) on January 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on December 31, 2024 (the Sweepstakes Period).
HOW TO ENTER:
There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
1. ON SITE: Complete the electronic official entry form found on a handheld device or an official paper entry form provided by a FCA representative at various events across the United States during the Promotion Period (each, an Event).
2. ONLINE AT AN EVENT: Take a photo onsite at an Event through Sponsor's onsite photo booth and then visit the website at which you are able to retrieve your photo and register with your name, address, date of birth and phone number or email address to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. The URL for the microsite will be provided at the Event and may also be accessed by scanning the QR code on promotional materials distributed at the Event.
3. ONLINE WITHOUT ATTENDING AN EVENT: Visit https://reg.tc/fcaentertowin (the Website), complete the entry form with the information requested, and follow the on-screen instructions to submit your entry and receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. All requested information on the entry form at the Website must be completed to enter and to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry. Except as contemplated in these Official Rules, personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the privacy policy found on the Website.
NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Website. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
No purchase of any kind necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar day regardless of entry method. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants may not enter with multiple names or addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times. Any person who attempts to enter with multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. You need not be present to win. You do not need to complete a test drive in order to enter.Please see the Sponsor's privacy policy located at www.chrysler.com/universal/privacy.html for details of the Sponsor's policy regarding the use of personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes.
WHO CAN ENTER (Eligibility): This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C., who are age eighteen (18) or older at time of entry and have a valid U.S. driver's license. Employees and directors of FCA US LLC (Sponsor), Promotion Fulfillment Center and Firebolt Group (together, Administrator) and their respective affiliates and advertising or promotion agencies who are under contract to or have performed work on behalf of Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period or in connection with this Sweepstakes, and the immediate families (parent, child, sibling and spouse of each) and members of the same household of each of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter or win.
DRAWING/WINNER NOTIFICATION: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about January 15, 2025 from among all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail on or about January 16, 2025. Sponsor is not responsible for any change in entrant's mailing address, email address and/or telephone number. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within seven (7) days of notification or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. If potential winner is less than the age of majority (a minor) in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to his or her parent or legal guardian, who must sign and return all required documents. If the selected winner is ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or if prize notification or any written communication is returned as undeliverable, the selected winner will be disqualified and the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor's sole discretion. If the selected winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to an alternate entrant selected in a random drawing, even if the disqualified entrant's name was publicly announced.
GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a credit in the amount of $100,000 valid only for winner's choice of a FCA US LLC vehicle (Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler, Ram or Fiat Brand) (Vehicle Credit). The Vehicle Credit has no cash value. Any difference between the price (including sales tax, title and license) of the vehicle selected by the winner and the Vehicle Credit is forfeited. The Vehicle Credit may be used towards the purchase of only one vehicle. Vehicle Credit is non-transferable. Winner must be a licensed driver and show proof of insurance prior to taking possession of the vehicle. The Vehicle Credit may be applied towards sales tax, title, and license fees. Winner must accept delivery of the vehicle at a dealership designated by Sponsor within 30 days of notification that the vehicle is available for delivery. Winner can use the Vehicle Credit for any available package, equipment, upgrades, or options but if the price (including tax, title and license) exceeds the Vehicle Credit, the winner is solely responsible for the difference. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, but no other substitution or transfer is permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for the Grand Prize's utility to winner. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees and other expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize. Sponsor does not make, nor in any manner is responsible or liable for, any
warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the vehicle including but not limited to its quality, fitness for purpose or mechanical condition, except for the standard warranty provided with the vehicle.
RELEASE: By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. AS A CONDITION OF ENTERING, EACH ENTRANT AGREES (AND AGREES TO CONFIRM IN WRITING):
(a) TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS DEALERS, ADMINISTRATOR AND ANY ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION AGENCY THAT HAS PERFORMED WORK ON BEHALF OF SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, (COLLECTIVELY, "PROMOTIONAL PARTIES") FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO (WHETHER IN WHOLE OR PART) PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE AWARDING, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, AND/OR USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.
(b) That under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant hereby waives any right to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damage, other than actual out-of-pocket expenses;
(c) That all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class or representative action
(d) To Sponsor's use of his or her name, address, likeness, and other biographical information for promotional purposes (including the winner announcement) in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO CALIFORNIA CIVIL CODE SECTION 1542, WHICH STATES THAT A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH, IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.
GENERAL RULES: This Sweepstakes is void outside the fifty (50) United States and Washington, D.C. and where prohibited. Promotional Parties are not responsible or liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information associated with the Sweepstakes, whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) any errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation, or unauthorized access to the Website or in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (3) any injury, damage, or loss to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from, or otherwise using, the Website; (4) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, including undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email messages; (5) any design, typographical or other errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (6) garbled, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, late, lost, undelivered, or unprocessed
entries; or (7) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor which may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted.
Sponsor may prohibit any entrant from participation in the Sweepstakes if Sponsor determines that the entrant's has acted in a manner that affects the administration, security, fairness or proper play or conduct of the Sweepstakes in any way or with intent to annoy, threaten or harass any other entrants or any of the Promotional Parties. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be submitted by the "authorized account holder" in whose name the email address provided upon registration is registered, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria set forth in the Eligibility section of these Official Sweepstakes Rules. "Authorized Account Holder" shall mean the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate, or suspend all or any portion of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any third party's failure to act in accordance with Sponsor's instructions pertaining to the implementation of this Sweepstakes.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION: By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations and the rights and obligations of Sponsor and Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
WINNER'S NAME: For the name of the Grand Prize winner, send an email to winnerslist@pfcfulfills.com with 45964 WINNERS LIST in the subject line. Limit one request per person/email address. Requests must be received by 11:59pm CT on January 31, 2025. List will be sent once the winner has been verified.
